Over the last few seasons, the classic Jack Wolfskin ARCITA hiking jacket has become a firm favourite with women who value its unicolour design and sporty, cropped style. The jacket teams the superb wearability and breathable weatherproof performance of a soft texture fabric, 2-ply TEXAPORE COMFORT (as the name implies, the focus is on comfort!) with full-spec day hike detailing, which includes a BASIC HOOD and four useful pockets. The front zip has a storm flap with press stud closure.

Features

• TEXAPORE COMFORT 2L. A highly breathable polyester based material with a particularly soft, textile touch. The outer side of the material is a lightweight, soft and supple polyester fabric with a velvety feel. It has a polyurethane coating on its reverse side, which delivers a waterproof spec of 6,000 mm water column and breathability with a moisture vapour transmission rate (MVTR) of 10,000g/m²/24h. TEXAPORE COMFORT is used in Hiking weather protection jackets, where wearer comfort is paramount.
• basic hood. The fully adjustable BASIC HOOD is usually detachable. An integrated peak that stands proud of the hood enhances the weather protection.
• articulated elbows. The elbow section is anatomically tailored to conform to the natural biomechanics of the elbow, significantly improving freedom of movement.
• 2 hip pockets.  The "traditional" jacket pockets around the hips.
• inner pocket. An inner pocket for travel documents, keys, small items of equipment etc
• hood pocket. A special mesh inner pocket in the jacket, in which the detached hood can be securely stowed.
