Its compact pack size means that can easily be stowed in practically any rucksack to provide an extra layer of warmth if needed. Thanks to the wind-resistant shell fabric it also functions well in windy conditions. A Jack Wolfskin Kids System Zip allows the this insulating layer to be zipped into any of the brand's TEXAPORE shell jackets  to provide an extra warm double jacket for trips into the mountains or winter expeditions.
