Ordering Add items to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket ' icon beside each item. When you have finished shopping click on 'checkout'. You will then go to our secure server. Fill out your address details and separate delivery address if required Select your method of payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard,Switch & Solo,AMEX & Delta. Enter your card details and finalise the transaction. You will be emailed an order confirmation. All card transactions are via our secure server, for your protection.Your card details are not kept on a computer database by us, and your address is not passed on to any one else in any way shape or form. Cancelling your order Should you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 01690 710454 at the earliest opportunity. Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you may find that your order has already been dispatched. In this instance, simply post it back to us as soon as it arrives for a full refund (excluding any shipping charges where applicable) Acceptance of orders and processing of payment We accept your order upon successfully processing payment. This is done when we have checked all the details of the order including stock availability. We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, however we're human and therefore fallible. We will not accept any orders which contain pricing inaccuracies, and should we feel that an item has been described inaccurately, or should the exact item ordered prove unavailable, we will always make contact and request confirmation from you before prosessing your order. We only ask for such information as is necessary to complete your order and we don't sell or share them. Postage UK postage is £3.50 for orders under £10 and is FREE for orders of £10 and over. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all orders under 2kg. Orders over 2kg will be sent out using Parcel Force. For overseas customers postage will be charged at cost. Returns & Refunds
In the event that your purchase is not suitable please return it to us, unused, in its original packaging and labels within 28 days for a replacement or refund, enclosing a covering letter setting out your requirements, order reference and contact details. Please use Registered Mail or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for the goods in return. If you require a replacement please be aware that you will be required to pay the cost of postage. All refunds will be given as soon as possible taking into account the original method of payment. Please note that we will not refund your costs incurred in returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty. Similarly carriage charged by us will not be refunded unless goods are faulty on arrival. Guarantees/ Faulty Goods In the event that your purchase is not performing as it should or has developed a fault, please return it (in as clean condition as is possible) to us for inspection. Once we have confirmed there is a problem a replacement or refund will be offered. Complaints and Faulty Goods We will provide the option of a replacement or refund within reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily, We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a time scale for resolving the dispute.
