Covid-Online-Store-Now-Open

Our online store is now open, albeit trading slightly differently to protect our staff.

Due to the current government legislation all our retail stores remain closed until further notice

Dear Cunningham Customer,

Whilst our retail stores must remain closed, we have taken the decision to open our online store.  In order to do this and ensure we are complying with government guidelines we have had to alter the way we process orders.  Please become familiar with our new Terms and Conditions below:

  • Orders can be placed online anytime BUT will only be processed and dispatched on a Monday and Thursday
  • Orders are subject to stock availability
  • We are unable to take telephone orders/queries at this time as all our stores remain closed.  If you require assistance please email webstore@stewartrcunningham.co.uk or use our ‘contact form’. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible but please be patient with us.  We are only human and also trying to navigate through this difficult time.
  • We continue to dispatch orders using Royal Mail. Royal Mail have seen a huge increase in demand therefore your order may take up to 10 working days
  • We are NOT able to offer Next Day/ Premium Delivery
  • We are ONLY able to ship within the UK
  • We have extended our returns policy to 60 days.  Goods must be in box fresh condition with labels attached and proof of purchase is required.  Goods can only be returned for immediate refund through postage as all our stores remain closed. The customer is responsible for the cost of ‘return’ postage and ensuring the goods reach us.

Warranty – In the event that you have a faulty product we ask that you initially get in touch with us via email.  Proof of purchase is required.  We are unable to process warranty issues at present as the majority of our suppliers are not accepting returns.  We will however log your details and the team will get back in touch with you as soon as it is safe to do so.

We would, as a family, like to thank you for your continued support.  We appreciate that this is a very challenging time for everyone.  The Cunningham’s Team hope all our customers stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to our retail stores as soon as it is safe to do so.
