Personal information is private, so we treat it as that – strictly confidential.

We manage ALL personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Sage Pay and PayPal, our secure payment providers are the only third parties that information is passed onto through our website.  This is because when you place an order with us this is done through Sage Pay and PayPal.     Sage Pay and PayPal are leading providers in secure payment processes.

When you place an order with us we do require personal information from you in order to process your order.  We require; name, billing address, delivery address (if different to billing), telephone number, email address and card details.  This information (with the exception of debit/credit cards) is stored on a secure server.  We do not store any debit/ credit card details on our systems.

We will NEVER disclose or sell any personal information we have about you to any other persons/ business.  We would only disclose data to third parties when we are obliged to do so by law.

If you have signed up to our newsletter service or placed an order with us online we may from time to time email a newsletter advertising products and special offers.  If you do not wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe through the link on the newsletter.
